The Kraken Octoling was a result of a secret weapons program (known as Project Leviathan) developed by a now defunct corporation. They are powered by a chemically-created ink that gives them enhanced strength to handle various weapons. The many hoses that channel said ink lead to a large tank on the back, which is also host to an on-board computer that manages their ink levels, and gives them their commands.

They were hatched from a once lost subspecies of Octolings located deep underground. The growth cycle is practically identical to most modern Inklings and Octolings, from Hatchling to Adult - but for these Octolings, named in the project as Larva and Giga stages. Larva Stage specimens are considerably taller than average Inklings, and therefore Giga Stage specimens are astonishingly gigantic.

Their giant size is not unnatural, however. The special ink merely made them larger in muscle mass - perhaps too much, resulting in various glowing veins all across their body. Much like the Octarians, the most powerful of them are entirely female.

Kraken Octolings were intended to be a terrifying one-octopus army on the battlefield, splatting opposing forces with giant weapons and vicious strength.

"Were" being the key word, as while extremely promising, the project was dropped for one important reason...

Hello again, and thank you very much for your understanding and support. I wanted to make something before the month ends, but wasn't able to for a while due to some needed work. I did dig up something I was picking away at for a while. I hope you enjoy!
