This is the first version to support 4K resolutions, up to 4096x3072. This screenshot is in 4096x2160.

4K performance is a lot slower than full HD, though. While in full HD I can get Retroquad running above 40 non-interlaced frames per second, which goes up to 59 frames per second when dynamic interlacing kicks in, in 4K the game runs close to 10 non-interlaced frames, which is too slow for dynamic interlacing to be activated. Instead of dynamic interlacing, what gets activated is the dynamic resolution (if viewsize_dynamic is enabled), which lowers the resolution to get the game running at least at 20 fps.

Doing the math, 4K resolutions have 4 times as many pixels as full HD, so it makes sense that they run at 1/4 of the non-interlaced full HD framerate.

Well, maybe the 4K resolution support will be useful for ultrawide low-res modes. And of course, it will also be useful for faster computers in the future.

By the way, now the viewsize cvar can be manually set again if viewsize_dynamic is disabled.
