I've modified the alpha curve algorithm again, to get better results in fog colors with low saturation.

The fog colors are still not as good as they could be, but most results are consistently good enough with the same settings now. At least it doesn't look weird anymore, and doesn't require manual tweaking per map.

As for the scrolling textures, the new scrolling texture naming standard was fully implemented, including the memory saving feature discussed in the previous post. Now I just need to create a test map to test it.
