Resolution scaling has been implemented in the post-processed fog now.
A really good upside in this is that while the 3D rendering can be done at a lower resolution, the fog will always be rasterized at full resolution. This means that the fog will always look much better in a reduced viewport resolution than in a reduced screen resolution. This will become more evident when I add an option to disable the dithering of the viewport upscaling.
