Model Rendering Fixes (Patreon)

The conflict between MDL and MD5 rendering was fixed. Now I'm trying to figure out how to properly implement angular and positional interpolation in MD5 models.

Once this is done, I'm going to port the rest of the MDL features to the MD5 renderer, finish optimizing it and release the next version.
