GUI Updates (Patreon)

Right now I'm going to prioritize the GUI code. There's a lot in it that needs updating, and it needs new features such as:

• Custom aspect ratio
• Custom scaling (whole screen, and maybe per canvas)
• Custom cropping (for scrolling elements)
• Custom coloring through hue & saturation tables (for text highlights)
• Lighting (for highlights)
• Semitransparency
• Animated effects (coloring, lighting, transparency, scrolling, etc)
• Support for Quadricolor images and FWQ textures

Rewriting the whole GUI will take a while, but there will be several updates along the way.
