I've decided to do another release before implementing colored lighting on the other asset formats. The only difference from this version to the previous one is the brightness dithering optimization, but a good amount of code was modified and cleaned up for that.

You need to remove all of the previously generated CSM files from the "palette" subfolder in each and every mod before running this version, because the color shading map format has changed.

The engine can crash during the first run after generating the new color shading maps, so when that happens, just run it again.
