I've modified the color picking algorithm for the light shading map generation, and eliminated most of the noise on the darkness. For mods such as Operation Urth Majik, this makes a ton of difference. Dark areas won't look grainy anymore.

The only downside is that colors in the darkness will have more hue & saturation distortions than in the previously released versions, but this is an acceptable tradeoff.

As for skyboxes, progress is being made. Some crashes were fixed, the box itself is rendering fine in untextured flat color mode, and a specific drawing function for surfaces without lightmaps was created for it. In the next days I'll work on the code to set up its textures.
