First month complete - Achievement get 🥇

I’ve personally loved the launch of the Season so far and it’s been so great to see all the new builds & projects that have been popping up all over the place! Sadly though, I may not be on as much as I am taking a little step back at the beginning of this month - but looking forward to being back more often in the last two weeks! But don’t fret - we’ve still got plenty of Community Projects going on. So take a gander and see what takes your interest... 👀

Also, the iron farm above is a smiley face and I can't unsee it!!

CREATIVE SOLO PROJECT - TOWN ROAD DESIGNS 🚧

Some of you are off the starting line with designing some roads - but since Nether Tunnel designs are wrapping up, we’d really love to get this going properly. I can’t be the only one that doesn’t like the ‘rustic’ look the Server currently has with all the dirt & grass 😂

You’ll be able to hop on and design a road on Symmetria Creative till the deadline, which is when we’ll then launch a vote. Once complete it’s likely these will be built in Town & Shopping at the start of October - I can’t wait!!

CREATIVE GROUP PROJECT - IRON FARM BUILD ⚙️

Since we have the Community Iron Farm on Spawn Island all set up and working an absolute charm. I think it’s finally time to get a design to cover the redstone, collect all the Iron AND of course look super cool. I’m so excited to see what you all come up with - each time it’s such a fun idea and so inspiring!

So if you’d like to hop in on these Creative Sessions, the start will be at the date/time below and continue on the following days till it’s complete!

COMMUNITY SURVIVAL PROJECT - NETHER TUNNELS 🔥

It’s over! We’ve got a good few entries for the Community Nether Tunnels and we’re going to find the winner - Voting will be on the dates below and once decided upon we can get to building - and of course, firstly, the blocks will need gathering too!

Any help on this is greatly appreciated as these are always quite the task - Nether Tunnels are just so big! But knowing you guys - they'll get going in no time! 😅

Once these are built and you see them come past your Personal Nether Tunnels, you are more than welcome to build your own design towards your base portals and make sure they are sign-posted clearly for people to visit. This is when the Nether will really start to pop!

EVENTS - GAMES NIGHT

To celebrate the launch of private lobbies on the MCC Island Minecraft Server we’re setting up a special games night to play together! It’ll be the first time trying it with a group, but if all goes well we should be able to play all the classic games of MCC.

Of course if you haven’t checked this Server out already, the IP is below and public for you to hop on at anytime. I know I'm excited… are you? I’ll be there myself for at least an hour and can’t wait to try out the lobby system - I just know it’ll be even more fun playing with you all!

OTHER NOTES

Gaming District is now open - so if you’d love to build a mini game or decorate the area, you can! It’ll be open all Season long. To claim an area you build just mark it clearly - but there isn’t too much of a guide other than leaving enough space for others and not crowding the portal 🙂

Halloween District will be opening for October as we like to keep things spooky! So keep an eye on #symmetria-announcements for more info later in September if you’re like to join the fun!

Iron, Enderman & Shulker Farms are up at running - these are the usual community redstone farms as we all know and love. So feel free to grab what you need - but be ready as these will need some extra pizazz when we launch the community group build designing for these in the coming months!
