How are the tails? It was so hard printing the original due to the tail being knocked loose (even with a brim).

William Hargraves

Hooray !!! great idea if i do say so. hehehehehe . i only use 5% support cubic infill though prints way faster and is well and truly strong enough

William Hargraves

do you use glue ? i print 20-40 of these a week every week 10 at a time with no issues .

Anonymous

i do use glue stick. I use textured PEI sheet and glue stick. my printers also print at 200mms. the issue i have is with the tail because it has such little surface area. i have had to use a brim to keep it sticking. i put 7 on a build plate and normally i get 1 failure on each print. with out a brim i cant even print 1 unless im printing at 50mms

no. i dont waste my time with etsy. too much competition, lots of under cutting, and too many fees. i only sell products locally or through my own website.

i got some amazing prints in resin with the last axolotls that came out. Might do these in red and green sets

Ugh! Love it! Looks great! I'll post some of the ones I print.

I also had a tail fail issue. I had 7 at a time going with multi color on my X1CC. It looked weird how it failed there, so instead of a brim, I am reprinting now with a tiny bit of support right near the base of the tail. Hoping that it holds it in place a little better. failed print: https://www.instagram.com/reel/ClKZ-mKgnYR/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Need to post Bambu/MMU painted versions for multicolour

That's what I'm having on this one and original. No matter what I do that last section knocks off

Anyone else have a problem with the tails coming loose during the print? The surface area is small and they are coming off and failing…
