Your sympathy for the characters on this show makes me so enjoy watching your reactions to these episodes.

Honestly, when they mentioned the Mel Gibson rant I thought the rant was when he got pulled over for drunk driving and went on about Jewish people. Also as far Adam Scott goes I'm more used to him as his character from Parks and Rec, in which he's actually a pretty good guy, a bit uptight at the beginning but not bad.

Yes, Richard Nixon really said all of that terrible stuff, because he was a terrible person. And Mel Gibson's anti Semitic rant when he was being arrested is super cringe. I'm convinced that Adam Scott is on this show as a direct result of his character on Step Brothers. And apparently you haven't seen "Parks and Recreation", so put that on the list of reaction shows. And I disagree with bad Janet being hot. Good Janet is my Janet. That purple dress hugs her quite nicely.
