the lasers are part of the security system of the compound, they pop up from time to time. The next episode is a fun one, but the episode after that picks up with the post credits scene. (The reason I'm pretty sure that happens is that the show's two writers tend to switch off episodes one writes one, then the other then back to the first guy except for premiers and finales which they do together).

I feel like you REALLY need to rewind like 3 to 5 seconds after each pause. You totally miss SO MANY JOKES cause you pause in the middle of them : (

I don't think Dermott is based on Rambo as much as he just sees himself as Rambo. Like, I don't think the creators said "Let's base this kid's look on Rambo", as much as they said "Let's base this kid's look on the fact that he has this delusional self-image of being Rambo."

Highlander is AMAZING! One of my favorite movies, all time. BTW, Christopher Lambert (pronounced Lam-bear) played Connor MacLeod, and the incredible Clancy Brown played the Kurgan. And, of course, Sir Sean Connery played Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez, the Spaniard who was really an Egyptian who was really an alien, but spoke English with a Scottish accent, and I'm willing to bet not a single word of either Spanish or Egyptian, LMAO! 😆
