From here to the end of the season is such a ride! If you have any theories as you are watching - please share! There are going to be some revelations and it's be interesting to see if you deduce them. It's like with "Prestige" - fun to watching again when you know the twist, you catch these little hints and go "oh, I should have seen it!"

Feel better. DayQuil works wonders!

I like it when Wesley said: As far as evil plans go, it's not a bad one. hehe I look forward to the double or quadruple bubble, I think that will be good, cause you need to progress a little in Angel for it to sync up with Buffy this season. Very cool, look forward to it.

One thing I like about this part of the show is the menace Vladimir Kulich was able to convey as the beast. He's definitely got presence. A good analogue would be the Judge, but even he seemed rather overconfident and almost, I don't know, lazy. I think a big part of it is down to how casual the beast is speaking to people. He's clearly got zero worries and just methodically carries out his plans. He knows he's indestructible and he takes his time. Everyone who tries to stop him is more entertainment than a challenge. Also unlike most Buffyverse villains they didn't water him down with a single bit of unnecessary humor/goofiness. He's all business. The Beast certainly seems like the type Angelus would associate with, but why he doesn't remember is a bit of a mystery. Cool seeing Gwen back though. She's a pretty fun and interesting character. I'll tell you though, when Cordelia was giving Angel grief for going after the demon with her, I really wanted him to throw her "get over it" back at her. At least Gunn and Wes seem to (very) gradually getting to a point of not constantly being at each other's throats. Guess that'll largely depend of what happens between them and Fred. If they do break up and Gunn can move on, that'll remove a lot of the conflict between them.
