season 4 is very far beloew 1-3 in quality, but i hope you stick it out because 5 and 6 are LIT

Not a fan of this episode. This is as far as I go for the rewatches. Definitely preferred the quirky episodes and the tone of the first two seasons.

Hey FailWhale. Great reaction! Not sure if you are aware, but Season 4 is a bit of a special case for Community. The showrunner Dan Harmon got fired after season 3, so season 4 will probably seem a bit off, writing wise. Don't get too discouraged with it though, because Harmon got re-hired for season 5 and put things back to normal, well the Greendale type of "normal"...

Technically this could have been the series finale. The show was constantly fighting to stay on air and by the end of the 3rd season, Dan Harmon did not expect nbc to continue the series. What they did do was take his ideas for future episode plots and fired him only to rehire him for the final 5th season bc of the drop in ratings after his departure.

Btw i said final 5th season was bc the show was suppose to end after the 5th season but was bought out by yahoo literally last second before community show down the lights
