I have a feeling once SG-1 kicks into high gear, our fearless host and influencer will want more of it more often. How could he not? But he has also taken on a certain vampire slayer whose show is going to get complicated in a couple more seasons. I have faith in the Whale.

I fully agree, 10 seasons, and these aren't the small 13 episode seasons, these are the traditional long 24-26 episode long seasons. This will take forever at 1 a week, we need 2, and you'll enjoy it more at 2 a week, plus at $15 we might expect a little more.

Personally don't know this show, but i do totally get you want more episodes a week considering how many episodes there is, but you gotta remember 2 things: You don't need to pay the highest subscription to get this show particularly and you're not the only ones on patroen who wants to see more of tv shows. Some people might want more episodes of Torchwood, Buffy the vampire slayer or hero academia. But i totally get you guys :)

Yeah, Buffy is also a really long show and has a spin-off that was meant to be watched at the same time too.

**Spoilers**. Stargate also has a spin off that’s meant to be watched at the same time, however this show comes in around season 8. So they only line up for 2 seasons, then the spin off continues for another 3 with 2 Stargate movies fitting around both ends of season 4

Yeah, doctor who was 2 per week with 10 seasons at the time now 12. Stargate SG1 is 10 seasons, 2 movies at the end, the original movie which is planned to be watched and 2 spin offs one 5 seasons one 2, with the 5 season one taking place during SG1s later seasons. Not to mention each season having at least 20 episodes. That’s a lot that 1 per week won’t handle.

Interesting fact about this episode, a lot of the people at Daniel's funeral were real air force officers. Also the line Carter reads from his journal that said he's "never gonna get paid" was from the movie. This was one episode that I had completely forgotten about when I started watching SG1 again. A lot of great acting from the main cast really sold them thinking Daniel was dead. I really like that Hammond didn't get pissed about O'Neill smashing his car window but instead tries to help SG1 work through having lost a friend. Hammond would be an awesome guy to work for.
