Greetings, Threshold Patrons!

The Siberspace Finale is currently in editing, which means we need to figure out what happens next. This is complicated by the fact that I haven't yet decided what will happen to Frontiers of Eberron: the poll is still open and there's a few conversations underway that could affect the outcome. At the moment what I'm leaning toward is "a bit of both": Completing a shorter Eberron product on the DM's Guild that incorporates most of the existing work I've done for Frontiers, while also starting work on a new setting that I will be developing over the course of the year. I've already started a home campaign in that new setting as a way to explore ideas.

So, the question is which way WE go with our next campaign. I see four options.

Threshold: Unchanged. We pick up the Eberron campaign a few months after where we left off. The campaign is set in Eberron, and while we may switch up the cast a little, it will largely be the same as it ever was.

Threshold In The New World. We keep the core characters and story of the first arc of Threshold, but adapt it to the new setting. So we still have Rolan as the retired marshal and Tari as the youth bound to a mysterious spirit—but Rolan isn't Deneith and Tari isn't Kalashtar. Details will change, but the core story would remain intact. This COULD stay in 5E D&D throughout the campaign, but another possibility would be to try a few other systems as one-shots—as always maintaining the story and characters throughout, but seeing how the setting plays out in other systems.

The New Frontier. We shift to the new setting I'm developing and start fresh, going through the character generation process I've done before to create new characters. As with the previous suggestion, this could just be 5E D&D, or it could try out other systems.

Something Else! If you're tired of the Frontier, we could do something else within Eberron, the way we did Siberspace. Dread Metrol! A Weekend in Atur! Gangs of Callestan! If you have another idea, select "Other" on the poll and post an idea in the comments; "like" a comment if you'd like to see it. Likes are not binding votes; I'll consider ideas that get a lot of support, but I'm not going to run anything I don't want to run.

Thanks for your support!

Honestly wouldn't mind doing something like Stormreach, or even doing something like going to Sarlona. Could do it something akin to "The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet." Where the party is operating off of a sanctioned port similar to Dejima in Japan. Those are my thoughts though.

Would love Sarlona. Jhodra in Dar Ulatesh functions a bit like Deijima in Escape from Riedra. Would love to see more of it!

The thought of that sounds like so much fun! I would really love to be onboard do something like this. We can even have internation strife from Khorvaire being there too. Kind of like during different transition periods of who had favor/ were permitted to be in those areas.

Something else: How about another "frontier"? Say, Yrlag in the Shadow Marches? It could be a really fascinating intersection of cultures and forces (Demon Wastes, Shadow Marches, Twilight Demesne, western Droaam).
