Greetings, Patrons!

First of all, Sheriff Constable has been completed. During the war, he served Count ir'Blis as an impartial officer of military justice, routing out spies, traitors, war criminals, and corrupt officers. This helped him hone his skills of Investigation. While he has no particular interest in personal profit, Constable took to playing cards as a way to develop his Insight; he understands rules better than human behavior, and playing Thrones has been a way for him to study tells and bluffing behavior. This ties to his love of painting, a meditative activity he often performs while resting. He has a keen attention to detail and has most recently been painting his own deck of cards.

Constable is troubled. His greatest drive is to protect innocents from harm, and he's at times willing to bend the law as long as no one's hurt by it; he overlooks the Three Faces of Coins smuggling when it doesn't involve dangerous goods, and he's literally turned the other way to ignore popular events such as Three Widow Jane's duel with Dol Rani. But he still seeks to protect the innocent and long served as a guardian against corruption—yet recently, he failed to recognize the corruption of the Magistrate and was himself influenced by the Still Lord. Beyond that, he's still haunted by an encounter with Sora Maenya—a story we'll have to explore in more detail in the future. But he wonders... has he lost his edge? The townsfolk who defended him at trial convinced him that he still has something to offer Threshold, but that imposter syndrome still lingers.

The most recent Discord Story Hour determined that the next session will begin with Rolan going to Constable to report fears of an enemy in the mines. Constable will be available as a player character.  To it's time to pick a time for the next session. You can pick any number of options, but don't vote for a game time unless you can actually play at that time. My goal is to find a time that provides an opportunity to as many players as possible, and if you vote for a time you can't actually play it just confuses things. People who played in May are ineligible to play in this session.

Thanks for your support!
