Sometimes a question takes on a life of its own. I have a feel big articles I've been working on - dealing with planes, dragonmarks, and of course Phoenix: Dawn Command. Dragonmarks: A Q'Barra Campaign

My last post raised a question: what cities or locations in Eberron can support an entire campaign? Sharn and Stormreach can fill this role, if you want them to. But what about other locations? Someone raised the idea of the city of Newthrone in Q'barra, and that got me thinking.
