While I agree grouping episodes like 5x15 to 5x17 and 5x19 to 5x22 together makes them flow a bit better I also don't think separating them is a big deal, I'm old enough to have watched Buffy on tv when it aired and obviously all of us back then watched things in between the episodes because they aired over several weeks. A tv series is designed to be watched with breaks between episodes so doing it like this is not a real problem.

Would also suggest doing the final four of Buffy then the final four of Angel and grouping 5x15 to 5x17. Makes for a much interesting experience.
