Gateston Iteration and Concepting

Here's a look at some concepts that have been progressing for the design of Gateston, where the Mercenary Guild (known as the Serpents) and the cathedral of the Holy Coalition reside. One of the big changes that were made was that we brought the big cathedral much further back and up onto a cliff so that it seems much more imposing over the rest of the city. This combined with a big bridge leading to the cathedral makes the space a lot more interesting.

Status

As you may have noticed, we put out our first official release of Rosas are Red to Cutting-Edge patrons. This release is about 2/3rds complete in terms of the dialogue content, but it's playable enough that we're happy with putting it out for people to start playtesting and giving us feedback. We've already gotten a really good amount of feedback from people that have playtested this build, so we're super happy. We'll be rolling RaR out to Founder patrons once we're more complete in the dialogue department, but things are starting to come close to being complete! 

We're very excited to get Rosas are Red complete and into your hands. We can't wait!

Message Scrolling Improvements

Here's one of those things that takes a TON of thought, but when it's all done it becomes something you'll barely think about. This is what the message streaming looks like when you're scrolling through the conversation UI. There were a bunch of improvements made to how smooth the scrolling is, but we're still working on some polish regarding message scrolling to make things really nice.
