AGES AGO I DID A MHA/ONE PIECE CONTEST, AND FINALLY I'M POSTING THE RESULTS!
On this one, I really enjoyed how the writer shaped the personality of the character, same powers, but different outlook and an interesting design.

I like to imagine that her bracelets can be throw, and work like handcuffs, locking the limbs of enemy fighters or making them get stuck in walls.
