I am waiting on just a couple of last tweaks from the cover artist. Once this happens...

WE ARE DONE. I will just need to triple check a bunch of things (layouts and such). Once this occurs, I will upload my book to the appropriate sites and that's it! My first novel will be out!

Here is the part I will do. I will be initiating pre-orders across multiple digital platforms in the very near future. This is to build intrigue and suspense. When I do this, I will share a link with you all (and put it on my website). Ebooks will be available across most mobile devices. Paperbacks will be available from Amazon only (I'll talk about this in a future Ask Annabelle). That link is important!

I will utilize some Ad services through Amazon, but this will likely be the only paid promotion I do for the time being. Promo stuff is stupid expensive, but I saved up some money for it with the hopes of dominating the erotica category for just a little bit.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

This part is actually quite simple. There are three things you can do for me. I have listed them in order of difficulty.

1 (Easy) Spread the word. Share the link, retweet my tweets about it, etc. Find a way to get people to at least go to my Amazon page (etc).  

2 (Moderate) Leave a review. I will have a post in the next couple of days on how to do this for a book that hasn't technically come out yet so that you don't sound like internet bots :P

3 (Hard) This special mission can only be accomplished by people who decide to purchase the ebook or the paperback book. Many of you have told me you will buy it (despite getting a free copy) and I feel blessed to have loyal readers like you. If you purchase it, you MUST leave a review. Reviews from purchased novels have a Verified tag on Amazon (I'm not sure about other places). This will give your review more legitimacy and will help boost my standing in my book's categories.

4 (Top Secret Mission) Get someone famous to say good things about my book. Preferably someone famous who everyone likes.

Logically, if I can get even a third of you to leave reviews on Amazon, that will blow my competition out of the water. My goal is to make the top ten list, because I will appear on the front page. I won't bother you with how Amazon algorithms work (because I don't fully understand it) but the goal is to stay on that first page of searches.
