Hey all!

Wow. So, I have no words for this year. What started as a terrifying journey into the unknown has turned into a solid readership on Patreon plus over a thousand followers on Lit.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Part of me really hopes that I will get to write a Year End Update - 2018 post in a year, so count me in on keeping this page alive and thriving for as long as possible. I have been using this page to set me up for the long haul, and I hope to see all of you this time next year.

So here is what was what for 2017.

August: I published my first stories on Lit.

Sept: I was amazed that I made it up to (I think) 50 dollars per post. I banked every dollar for...

Oct: It looked like I was going to hit my goal of 200 per post, so I began an artist search. The art from this month, which wasn't much, used up every dollar I had from September. People seemed to enjoy the artwork, which made me write harder.

Nov: I had some pretty big personal stuff go down. I managed to make deadlines by sacrificing pretty much any free time. I enjoy doing this, but I do miss some of my fun stuff. This month, I had Dakzper doing book art and Skinnii doing community art. I love working with artists and seeing my characters come to life!

Dec: Every dollar leftover from November ended up going to art, a new computer for myself, and something I haven't announced yet (but will in January). My desktop was old, and would struggle to load Chrome, so it was time to make the change. I also used my tablet so much that my wireless keyboard lost keys, the rubber grips, and doesn‘t always connect, so I needed a new one of those. Money from December (and January) will go toward book art, the cover of Book One, and an Editor for Book One.

Other than the computer (which was very nice to get, by the way), every dollar you have invested in my talents has gone into building up the next step. The reason I am telling you all this is because I want to ensure my readers that I am here to stay and make it work. Other than your generous pledges, the only thing I would ask of you is to help me find more readers. I couldn't have made it this far without you, and I will continue to need your help to keep moving forward.

By this time next year, I hope to be doing this full time. However, without you, my readers, I wouldn't have made it this far at all. Thank you for your love and support, and may the New Year bring us all many blessings.

I was a little shocked when you started patreon so soon after posting one chapter. It felt like there wasn’t enough to show if you would keep to a posting schedule. However, your first chapter was great and $1 a post was worth it. Once you kept posting and looked like you were going to keep at it I bumped my pledge to your max. I’m impressed and proud of you! I’ve been posting on Lit for years but I’ve never gotten the response you got so quickly. I haven’t written anything this year, busy with work and lack of motivation hit me. Someday I hope to start again and continue the Halloween contest story I have in the works. Anyways, I look forward to supporting you for another year. Can’t wait to see where the story goes, keep up the great work!

This series is amazing. Easily worth every cent and more to help keep it alive. Easily tied for my favorite series of all time.

The way you write about the fireman’s personification of his conscience cracks me up! I have laughed out loud several times… Which is an interesting experience while being so turned on! And I love home for horny monsters, it’s a great story, can’t wait for each new chapter!
