"Mala leche" is a phrase in spanish that means like "bad blood", that someone did something in a mean way with intention, literally translated means "bad milk" :P

Wait, so did you already watch 4x10 or not yet?

The rooftop scene is incredible!

To add a bit to the Mike and Werner discussion obviously Werner's decision to escape is a huge mistake, but the bigger mistake to me is the one that Mike makes in telling Werner to just push through this until they are finished. Mike could go to Gus and get him to arrange some time for Werner to spend with his wife. It's not a monumental ask. But Mike believes that Werner can buckle down and finish everything because Mike sees himself in Werner, that's clear from their first scene together. So Mike tells him to get the job done as quick as possible because of course that's how he'd handle it. We know that Mike would spend a decade in isolation doing the job all on his own if it meant that his family was financially secure for the rest of their lives. But Werner's not entirely like Mike, of course, and I love that last scene of the episode because I don't think that it's an accident that the thing that Werner used to fry the cameras and escape is the same kind of gadget that the first engineer used, the guy that felt completely alien to Mike. That laser measurer is such a beautiful metaphor for the difference between the two of them.

I agree with you guys, happy endings are underrated. I am hoping and praying BCS has a happy ending, or at least semi happy! Yeah it's the BB universe but so what? I actually think a more uplifting ending would fit the tone of the show better than one that's super dark and sad. This show tugs on my heartstrings too much...

Taya

It's one of the best, if not THE best episode of the show. Right up there with Chicanery.

also this part got cut out of the vid, but jimmy states at the hearing that university of american samoa "is no georgetown", chuck's alma mater. he's blatantly lying when he says he doesn't think about chuck, but he can't see it

"Jimmy you are always down." The delivery and timing of that line is impeccable. Your guys' reaction to it was very clear haha.

I feel like what Kim does in the beginning of the episode is her first real Slipping Kimmy moment where she does something for her own benefit without caring about what could potentially happen to the woman that works there.

Bob Odenkirk recently said in an interview "don't expect a happy ending", so I'm not getting my hopes up. I don't think we'll get a tragic ending a la Mike, but I don't think we'll get a particularly uplifting one either.

Good observation. I also find it a bit hypocritical that she brought up the Huell scam while they were arguing and said it wasn't "fun"... ummmm Kim, that was your idea, and you loved it!! lol. By this point, Kim no longer has the moral high ground, she should not be judging Slippin' Jimmy for his actions when she freely participates in scams herself now... and then goes back to her fancy office in the sky and pretends to be an upstanding, straight-laced lawyer. Jimmy was wrong about most of what he said in the argument but he is kinda right about that.
