Fucking garbage some people are that spoil and honestly I am for you being able to read and interact with your followers on patreon so we can discuss stuff but all of a sudden when s4 started you seemed to get so many more people just looking to spoil you. I wonder if there is a solution to it that still has you able to talk with us on patreon? Idk the situation is just so dumb it’s really exhausting But you also said it was on YouTube this time you got spoiled and not patreon if I heard correct since we get on the spoilers real fast here on patreon or at least we try to.

Hi, so I see you guys talked about spoilers and reading comments. Can you guys look for moderators? On Patreon you can add team members and you don't have to give them full access to your account so they won't see any financial info etc. They can delete the spoiler comments for you and tell you when it's safe to read them. Or they can read through the comments and send you guys the non-spoiler ones. Personally I really hope you guys just stop reading comments until the show is over or at least until you finish S4 Part 1. Anyway, so far I guess the spoilers haven't been too bad. And I'm sure your fans will keep trying to look out for you and ask people to delete their spoilery comments if we see them. Hope for the best.

I know Eren is most talked about here but just imagine being Reiner: -Your best friend died. -Another friend died to save YOUR life, and now you have to live with that on your conscience. -Your former friends hate you. -Marleyans hate you. -Your father hates you. -You have PTSD, depression, and mental health issues. -You have to prepare two kids you care for and curse them to inevitable deaths. One of them is a family member. And oh yeah, you're gonna die soon.

Speaking of scenes they cut from the manga. From this episode they cut one of my favourite panels. One is Armored Reiner carrying baby Annie like a puppy and then Titan Annie carrying baby Reiner and Bert. I can't add a link because I don't know where to find those. But man, those panels are cute as fuck. Maybe I'll send you just the pictures on twitter.

They showed where Bertholdt and Reiner got their stories in s1 from when they were talking about not having been warned in time when the Titans attacked and Bertholdt woke up to see titan outside their windows they just stole the story from the old man in this episode.

"Only those who keep moving forward will ever know" That whole speech from that hobo guy was so nice to hear, kind of the truth that hurts because you cant deny it. This is by far one of my favorite episodes, the whole flashbacks and seeing Reiner slowly descend to madness.

Great Reaction ! also Annie was tailing the interior police (Kenny) because she wanted to smoke out where the founding titan was. She just played the "i'm your lost daughter" card when Kenny noticed her. Maaan, Reiner's "To save humanity" line has so much fucking weight. I wish they didnt cut out the discussion just before this scene. Basically though, Annie, Bert and Reiner come to the conclusion that they must secure the coordinate, before the titans in the walls are activated. They are legit serious about saving humanity here--the whole fucking world of humanity.

Love you girls, your reactions and thoughts so much, can't say it enough! Also, this intro is my personal favourite, and wouldn't you know it, it's called 'My War.' The imagery and the music themselves are meant to allude to war, its insanity and tragedy, I suppose, so if anything, Lola is proving her emotional intelligence here by feeling uneasy :P

I guess we can say that is the point of this show from here on out. The first three seasons making us invest into a location and a set of characters ; into their contexts and motivations. And then with that conditioning set in, now the show constantly keeps asking us "well how do you feel now?". The fact that season 4 is based purely on making the viewer uncomfortable is genius. Almost feels like the show is making a very meta critique on tribalism and nationalism. It is quite incredible when you consider where this show started from. I am glad I am not alone in thinking "wow those were simpler times" when looking back at s1. it just shows how strong the writing behind this series actually is. The show is almost unrecognisable in season 4 and yet the evolution feels coherent.

I like that you guys picked up on the marleyan soldier having hesitation about sending kids to fight. Alot of reactors totally gloss over moments like these. If you guys didn't notice that soldier is commander Magath that you have see in the first episode of season 4 leading the eldians into battle

That line was always one of the most emotional for me. I was sad it wasn't included in the anime. It was so comforting to hear that you both were shown that line and were as impacted as I was <3

fun fact, the author Isayama loved that Reiner suicide scene so much he has that page hanging in his office wall.
