Btw 'Big Mam' was a wrong translation. its "Big Mom". Also they already have revealed people who are above the fleet admiral (sengoku). I don't know if you remember the five elders or 'Gorosei' in episode 151 they were discussing whitebeard and shanks. Sengoku is just the leader of the military (navy) there's still the celestial dragons.

Don’t know if this was mentioned to you or if you remember, but in Enies Lobby, it was explained that people can only eat one Devil Fruit. If they eat another they SHOULD die. That’s why everyone was shocked that he was able to hold two fruits. The theories about why B.B. is able to do this range from him using the Dark Dark fruit’s secret abilities to B.B. having a “weird body” (as mentioned by Marco)

Heroes had a great first season but just went downhill from there. Tim Kring(creator of Heroes) have no idea why Heroes work in the first place. I think he got lucky with that whole show's concept.

Right now, it is the Post-War Arc. This last until episode 516. The whole Summit War Saga(ep 385(It started in Sabaody Archipelago Arc) - ep 516) also ends there too.

I loved this arc so much! Not only because of how epic the war was, but also because those of us caught up with the manga can look back on this arc and see hints about things yet to come, and it's amazing seeing how far ahead Oda planned this stuff. Especially with a certain pirate and their reactions to everything happening. :P I also think SMF's going to really enjoy the next arc, especially since Marineford stressed her out so much. I thought it stretched a little long when I first read it, but maybe watching it in chunks (instead of week to week) will make it seem faster.

So the people doflamingo mentioned that was higher up than Sengoku. Do you remember during Robin's flashback when professor Clover was talking to the world government about his hypothesis on why they wanted to cover up the void century? It may be those guys but I'm not too sure. You also see them in episode 151 when they were discussing the defeat of Crocodile.
