Now that Karasuno players are finally in peak condition, do they have what it takes to defeat the geriatric volleyball association? If so, they better get to it before they croak!

Nice job picking out Tsukki's 'too-cool-for-school' face at the end. Tsukki's the only one who didn't react to the geriatric praise at 22:10, too. I want to repeat everything Kawagata just said, haha. Please do watch that minute-long clip, too. Most channels miss it entirely because they don't have someone like Kawagata looking out for them. :) A couple minor language notes. Maybe I should take back what I said about the subtitles being good? Hahaha. Hopefully this was just a slightly off episode, or I'm being too picky: - 13:30 "Calling you out" makes it sound (to me?) like Kageyama's criticizing the other team, but he's not. Takinoue asks if Kageyama is giving him a "chouhatsu," which is basically a "dare," like, "I dare you to stop him." - 20:15 Takeda says that a jump floater is like a 'makyuu,' and they translate that as "secret weapon," which is... no, haha. In English we call it a 'knuckleball' in baseball or soccer (JP soccer it's called 'mukaiten'). No spin = crazy unpredictable path. They're slower, but they really do wobble in real life. It's hard to hit, but very effective if you can pull it off. Anyway, maybe they were going for the literal meaning? 'ma+kyuu' (魔球) = "magic+ball" - 21:36 Tanaka is subtitled as saying "you splendidly led all of us," but what he actually said is "you somehow managed to 'lure' all of THEM." All of the blockers. Tanaka is not being led by Hinata. He's saying that Hinata led all of the other team's blockers away. Peeling off one or two blockers is impressive as a decoy, but all three almost never happens.

Also, I was just eating dinner and someone mentioned Scott Sterling and I was like, "wait! That's from earlier today." I definitely had to look up that reference, haha. Amazing memory. I'd seen the video, but had exactly 0 chance of remembering the name.
