Here's the full length reaction to The Naked Gun! I had so much fun watching this movie! I keep accidentally typing "The Naked Fun" (F and G are right next to each other on the keyboard, but it still fits for the movie!). Enjoy!

For those curious, I'm feeling SOOOO much better! I took the days I needed to rest and recover, and I'm back to recording. Thank you for all of your well wishes!

Happy Thursday, Addie. First off, I'm so glad that you're feeling better now. Second, I'm so glad that you had fun watching The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988). This movie really fits in for you as "The Naked Fun". Speaking of fun, you're DEFINITELY gonna have a lot more fun with its sequels. See you soon for The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (1991).

Happy Thursday, Addie! Glad that you're feeling better. 😊 This is such a fun movie with the comedic genius that is Leslie Nielsen(RIP always). And the two sequels are just as hilarious. For more Leslie Nielsen for around Halloween time, I very highly recommend the hilarious "Dracula, Dead and Loving It" from 1995. And also adding the 1990 "Repossessed" for the Halloween season. Such a funny movie. Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Have a great day! 😊

I think the 3rd movie is my favorite.

Glad you are feeling better, Addie! The movie is called "The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!" because before the movie was a TV show called "Police Squad!". It only had 1 season (6 episodes) but it was fantastic... just too ahead of its time. I saw an interview with Neilson where he mentioned it got low ratings because it was too demanding on the TV audience - the constant barrage of jokes meant they actually had to pay attention to the screen. The show, while great, didn't do very well on TV but the movies are beloved.

The Naked Gun series is great! There's also a fourth, kind of, called Spy Hard but it's a 007 parody, with Weird Al singing the opening theme.

Hilarious movie. 😄 And as kind of an endearing follow-up, when Leslie Nielsen died in 2010, ESPN ran an obituary for Enrico Palazzo : "Enrico Pallazzo, an acclaimed Italian opera singer who achieved greater international fame by thwarting an assassination attempt on the queen of England while working as a baseball umpire, died Sunday. He was 84. ..." https://www.espn.com/espn/page2/story?page=hruby_101129_enrico_pallazzo

Glad to hear you feel better! The Naked gun is one of the few movies that I know only in the original english version. I never watched it dubbed in my mothertongue. And I will not! So many comedies loose a fair amount of impact when dubbed. I'm so happy to be able to now enjoy so many movies I knew for a while in their original version, in great part thanks to these reactions. Take care Addie!

A Thursday posting? Who are you and what have you done with Add-E?! The one day I don’t expect a video from you, you go ahead and sneak one by me. I will now be checking Patreon hourly. I am thrilled that you are feeling better. You deserve to get some additional rest.

My father and I watched all six episodes of Police Squad! when it was on television. My favorite thing the show did was each episode it would introduce some star, like one time William Shatner, as a special guest... and then kill them off in the announcement, so they would not appear any where else in the show. :D We had so much fun watching that I was super hyped when I saw the first trailer for this movie in the theater.

Frank's rendition of the national anthem was *still* better than what's-her-name's at the MLB Home Run Derby last week. 😏
