I’m not going to get too specific because I prefer to keep this part of my life private, but my gripe is essentially bad religion (read: like bad science like you see in Horror Express). And I don’t mean things like your typical Evil Priest character or even blasphemous/ sacrilegious plots, I mean things that make you go “Did the writer even bother to ask a [Fill In The Blank Group] about this?” It doesn’t come up that much but it was the first thing into my mind.

The "relaxation room" appears to be sexist, speciesist, in fact, just about every kind of "-ist" you can think of, since it offers several young, humanoid beings who appear to be female, to an apparent humanoid male, without reference to Captain Ramases's sexual preferences. Now maybe that's just due to time & budget constraints, but I somehow doubt that they made him fill in a form & then directed him to the appropriate salon. The whole telepathy schtick is the most annoying thing to me though, as I suspect that the actors didn't even know what they were supposed to be saying at the time they were being filmed.

Sooo, that happy ending there--was Robert Vaughn's presumed wife's hand covered with blood for any particular reason?

In general, my biggest pet peeve (well, one among many) is when a character who is super powered in some way has said powers stretch like Silly Putty to accommodate whatever threats arise without any of the pre-warned consequences of said violations of the rules materializing. Or the opposite, a character relinquishing a power "forever," only to regain it ten minutes later, such as when Superman gave up his abilities to marry Lois. Yeah, that was a big sacrifice since he had them back by the third act.
