Hello, Patrons!

I am now older, wiser, and gradually deteriorating with age.

Last week was about as productive as expected. I got all of the coding and prose finished up for 1.3.0, and testing has officially begun! I've already found a few small errors, and those have been buttoned up.

I would like to apologize for how long this version has taken. It was always meant as a short update that would add some crucial, but more mundane elements to the game. (i.e. there's no real expansion or endings added this time around, just stuff you can do.) So, hopefully no one is super disappointed with what's been added, given the 6+ week wait.

The issue is that, because I always strive to have the game state reflect what you've done so far, each new room or interaction leads to an exponential increase in options that need to be accounted for. The bigger the game gets, the longer it takes to make any programming headway. I hadn't really accounted for that fact fully when I plotted out how long I thought 1.3.0 would take.

That said, 1.4.0 should be a bit quicker turnaround, as I'll only be adding 1 room, 1 expansion sequence, and 1 new ending. Then 1.5.0 will be another big update, as it'll add a lot of variable content (plus the ability to access a lot of hidden content that's been in the game for a while, but just locked away).

Anyway, thanks for sticking it out with me. Your support means the world and keeps me trudging ahead to ensure this project is finished.

So here's the brief roadmap for this week:

1. Finish testing/debugging

2. Release V1.3.0
