I love your guy's conversations about this episode and the characters in general. To your point, just adding to the convo, I think Nick is scared of the women he dates because of his insecurities and inability to appropriately express himself. Like he said in this episode, he has a lot of things to work on. (As does everybody on this show). Also, I didn't realize how different Sam's character was, that was a good point. I took it as Sam exaggerating his jerk-ness to avoid getting too serious in a relationship. As he mentioned, he just got out of something serious and he was hurt by it (Christmas episode), so he's been casual and hiding that he's a doctor to avoid that. Great reaction as always!
