Glad you loved the episode so much! I'd hoped you would (and on first viewing, I went through all the emotional shifts you guys did -- I was so glad when Valencia told her to STFU about her privilege). A couple of details: The prosecution lawyer at the beginning was Aline Brash McKenna, co-creator of the series along with Rachel Bloom. And when Valencia mentioned Lin-Manuel Miranda... she actually knows him, having been in his In the Heights on Broadway. He showed up as a surprise guest on a NYC concert that the cast did after the series ended (I was there, and it was a real thrill).

I love how the show is filled with personally friends or people that work behind the scenes. It makes it feel so much more personal and much more like a labor of love!

Oh no! I accidentally completely caught up to y'all lol. I've seen it before but I haven't watched the 4th season since my original watch when it came out. I've rewatched 1-3 several times, so I remembered an excessive amount about those but season 4, I have forgotten a LOT. I'm ready for this journey with y'all! And I'm so glad to have found other people who like this show. It's sincerely one of my top ten favorites of all time. 💜💜
