Yay, I love this episode so much and I am so glad you too obviously did too. The advice Alexis gives David, to calm down because "people aren't thinking about you the way you are thinking about yourself." is probably some of the best advice and most important lessons I have ever learned from a TV show. I think about it all the time whenever I have anxiety... and of course when i remember it, I always try to imagien its alexis yelling at me lol. Also I love we have more confirmation of all the crazy stuff in Alexis' past: held hostage in palaces, has an transport truck license because she "needed to move a lot of people"..., and also learned to parallel park wearing a burka, I am always so impressed by her numerous random, and possibly criminal, skills.

I love how invested you guys have gotten in the journey this show and its characters are taking. I agree with you about S1’s rewatch ability in context of the rest of the series — so in case you never watch S1 agin, I’m going to tell you the thing from it that I like to remember throughout the show. In the pilot, when Alexis and David first move into their room, they have a fight about who gets the bed farthest from the door in case of intruders. Whenever I see a beautiful moment of honesty, love, or growth between them I just remember that they started out with, “You get murdered first!” “No, YOU get murdered first!” 💙 This show really does just get better every season. Having the smaller seasons, which I like that even American shows are moving toward these days, helped — as did knowing how to end the show before they had a chance to run out of brilliant ideas — but they also ALL just really put a millions tons of love and passion into the whole project. Enjoy!

I think we all wish we had Alexis yelling at us at some point in time lol and I know, it's one of our favorite on going bits of the show!

We can tell that this show is a labor of love. The chemistry the whole cast shares is really special. This show must have been just as fun to make as it is to watch!
