This is as far as I've gotten so far. What a tonal shift in the show. I feel silly, 'cause I knew Jason was charismatic and did great at comedy but I underrated his acting as a whole, he acts his ass off in this ep. I suppose he did win all these awards, it's no surprise lol.

We always say, comedians often make the best actors! In his case he's a comedic actor but he does have the chops! Would love to see him showcase it in another project.

May I suggest adding THIS WAY UP on your to-watch list. (Hulu) If you're not familiar, it's a dramedy with Aisling Bea (one of my UK faves) and does a bangup job of balancing dark reality (family, mental health) with light reality (comedy, joy).
