This episode was 4/22/15, the next season started 3/16/16 so yeah - it wasn't even just 3 months or 9 months - it was a full 11 months between seasons and Covid wasn't around yet!

Going to bring it up because it wasn't in the discussion afterwards - how does Pastor/Member of the Flock confidentiality come into play? Is Pastor Tim obligated to keep the secret with Paige? Where is the moral line on this and how is it different because Paige told a member of the clergy, not just some other American citizen. Is it different if it happens in confessional instead of just a confidential talk on the phone? Is he obligated to tell people because there could be murder/death etc or is he obligated to keep Paige's wishes of not telling anyone?

That is a really great point we didn't consider. I don't know if there would be any kind of confidentiality protection for a phone call, nor if active espionage would be covered (confessions of intention to commit future crimes are usually not protected by therapists or lawyers, I think).
