"Janet and Michael" - D'arcy Carden and Ted Danson deserve every bit of praise they get for this show.

I love this episode so much. Fun (well, tear-inducing) fact - Janet tearing up after Michael's confession of friendship was not in the script. It was D'Arcy Carden's genuine emotional reaction to Danson's performance, and it ended up being so perfect that they ended up using that version in the final episode.

I love that. Anytime an actor breaks and lets their emotions into the scene, you know that it's special.
