Thanks guys!! By the way I was watching King the Land on Netflix this week and thinking about you guys! It's really funny and I think you would enjoy it. If you are doing a poll for the next Kdrama could you maybe add it to the list? Thanks 💜

ive seen this show some time ago so i was aware of the plot twist regarding the nurse. it was so interesting watching the episodes for the second time with you guys and seeing all of the little things that she did in the earlier episodes that were just... weird. also im still amazed that you predicted all of the big twist so soon into watching this series, you have great intuition

2023-08-25 21:06:27 Omg ya'll 😂 as fun as it is to watch you struggle, there are no sisters. The story you keep thinking of is a story about abuse, so they used it to showcase how Mun-yeong and the DID lady were affected by their abusers, so it doesn't have any meaning beyond that. But I assume Hui-jae married suuuper young because in the exposition, she was very young compared to Mun-yeong's father who already looked quite old. So that paired with surgery and the fact Asians seriously found the fountain of youth or something and age like elves, she wouldn't look super old herself. Like my mom is only 16-17 years older than me and looks like my older sister. It's sad cuz when we go to the bar together, she gets called my sister a lot and all the people I'm attracted to are attracted to her instead for her "exotic German beauty" 🤣 she really looks like the Helen of Troy I swear. Also something cute in this episode is during the sad couple montage, that song playing I believe is the Director's actual song since he's a famous artist.

Would love for you to take a little break after this and watch either Parasite or Train to Busan, and then go back to watching the next series (The Glory) lol

Out of curiosity, why tell them that after this episode? The show will give them the answers soon, but it won’t matter if they already know their predictions are right or wrong. Steph seems to read the comments so I’m sure she’ll appreciate your fun facts. But idk about the spoilers.

Chels

Because they aren't spoilers. I didn't say anything that wasn't blatantly said and revealed. I felt like they were confused about the title of that previous episode so I was explaining why it had that title so they could move past it. I didn't reveal any new information such as why she's there. Though I can see how my comment would be a spoiler for future viewers so I'll adjust it a bit.

Lorraine Hernandez

Kdramas have a lot of product placements as they are the sponsors of the said drama. 😊

Brooklyn

Right, I guess “spoilers” is a bit harsh. I just meant that they had a prediction about the possibility of a sister and there really doesn’t seem to be a reason to tell them otherwise. They don’t have to be right in their prediction. They will figure it out in the last 2 eps. Still, I get that you don’t want them to be too off track, but these guys are good at figuring things out so I wouldn’t worry bout them being confused too much 👍

I don’t know if this has been recommended but Reply 1988 is literally the best drama (even for non k-drama fans) and I think it’s way more up your alley than the glory.

Jennifer Yuen

The mom had plastic surgery thats why no one recognizes her!!

Dani

I keep hoping they will see these comments about Reply 1988. It is my favorite! I agree it would be something they would really enjoy with the family and neighborhood dynamics. Also, they would learn so much of the cultural questions they keep asking.

Rinakin

I really hope the next drama is either The Glory or My Beloved Summer (or sth similarly sweet)

Isha

My beloved summer next or DOTS. Please. Let's give them a chill show now. Can't do glory after this. It'll get too depressing

Ivy
