the most expensive bts tickets include the soundcheck/rehearsel a few hours before the actual show, usually like three songs performed in a more casua manner

10:48 not really actually, they make his job easier, when they first started promoting in the us it was very hard for rm because he had to speak and translate so he asked later other members to join in and help us as much as they can, even if with just noises and movements, even if it is not fully correct, he talked about it in a live once

This episode is one of my fave pieces of bts content ever, not that I enjoy seeing them fight of course but seeing the way they argue, resolve the conflict and all talk about how normal it is to fight and how they always resolve it etc. Makes me really happy because it truly does show how real their relationship with each other is, when some groups say they're like family it's hard to believe but just this single episode is enough to prove to me that they really do love each other and it's so rare to see so I really appreciate that they even showed this to us. Me and my best and longest friend have been friends for like 14years and we've had like 4 big arguments through the years and we got better and better at resolving that conflict but it just goes to show that our friendship has lasted whilst all other friendships I've had we never fought and they ended because of 1 issue, it really is normal to fight as long as you can put pride aside and come together to resolve it and back when this episode first came out it really opened my eyes to how to healthily deal with conflict

AnnaAfc

Absolutely! It's one of my faves too for the same reason. They show so much maturity, care and respect

Angel

Yeah there were a lot of highlights to this episode but I do think the conflict and its resolution was a good lesson and something mature people can analyze well, thats why I was so glad to see how objectively you were able to look at it and see both sides because I personally, after doing research and seeing footage of the concerts in question, took Jins side because it was shown that Tae had moved from his usual position and Jin had to walk farther to reach him during the choreo, so they werent able to get back to the others fast enough during spring day due to that which wasn't jins fault (and he knew that, which is why he was defensive) but when you both pointed out that these types of disagreements are something that happens with people who care about each other or the situation all the time, and it can just be something like tone that can escalate something when it couldve been a small matter, and that the members didnt take sides, I once again saw that this is why the group has lasted so long. They aren't afraid to clash, but they care about each other and they're determined to fix it, or at least bandage the situation until they can fix it later. It's such a beautiful thing to see. Loved the reaction.

I just love the way they resolve their problems, it shows how deep is their connection and the respect they have for each other. thank you for the reaction! can't wait to watch next episodes with you <3

Madhushi

Even in here I don't think they showed how the fight actually escalated. They all talked about how jin joked about what Tae said and that's why Tae jot super upset but we never saw jin making jokes.

Madhushi

I really loved this episode and I loved how everyone resolved the conflict. This is why I have no doubts about the longevity of BTS. It's so obvious that they truly love and respect each other, their fans and music.

When they say "let's decide what song we should do" it's not for the Concert, they have a setlist already set, but it's for the rehearsal/ soundcheck that some army's can attend it's like 100 army's or so, and they perform like 3 or 4 songs to as the name says "check the sound" with people there before the concert!!! Or just to rehearsal to check if their mics are with the volume they want and their in-ear too!! It's not that they are deciding at the moment what song to perform lol

Yeah, Taejin's "fight" was really sad and stressful, but i kinda like to rewatch because i like the way they solve it, all together just talking it out and then let them 2 to sort and hug it out!! Also, i feel like they got even more closer after it!! And about what you talked about them wanting to keep some things private, they said on the first episode they wanted this docuseries to be 100% real and show that they fight too sometimes and all!!

Jillian Johnson

As hard as it is to watch this episode with the fight it really reminds me of me and my siblings and times I've had to facilitate between us in fights. While we all love each other so much we are so different and trying to reconcile those differences in times of stress especially is pretty difficult. I'm so impressed with the ways BTS choose to confront those problems rather than run away from them as that is when I've seen the biggest problems in my family dynamic.

KCeeee

just so you know it was a rule established in bts to solve every issue as a group

this is so random but as a brazilian i have to comment!! Brazil is almost the same size of the usa (brazil is the 5th largest country in territory, usa is the 4th), also São Paulo is the biggest city in population of latin america!! Brazil is a really big country 💞💞

I was actually at that first concert in Newark. There are some things I remember that really hit me after I first saw this episode. It WAS crazy realizing this was happening as we were sitting out in the audience. I remember the girl in front of me (who I had unintentionally hit when the globe on my bomb was not fully connected), saying that they were late and it was so unusual because they were normally out right when they were supposed to be. I also remember at the end that Tae was the last one to leave. He kept coming back down the stage to wave to us. It was something that event was laughing about because he just did not seem to want to leave the stage. When almost everyone was already gone, JHope literally walked down to collect him and usher him backstage. Before he and Tae left, he turned them around, put his arm around Tae, and gave this look - this JHope look. I told myself I was taking a picture in my heart of that look so I wouldn't forget it. But through the concert, did I pick up on anything wrong? No - not at all. They were amazing.

If there's something I don't like about them showing the argument, it's that I've seen some fans still not moving on and blaming one member or the other just to fuel hatred to support their bias. I appreciate that BTS are honest about their unhappy and imperfect moments, I just feel sorry that because their life is so public, everything they've done is essentially immortalized forever. I doubt the members even remember what the fight was about or that they fought at all, but some fans I've seen are still hung up 😅 Says a lot about how precious the members' bond is and also how jobless some people are 😆

Since you saw the fight between Jin and V here, I think it'll be interesting for you to react to a video by Born to Slay called 'BTS fights and Misunderstandings'. It's a compilation of them telling stories about some of their fights. It's honestly hilarious. PS I'm a big fan of your reactions. I started watching because of Sidemen and stayed because of dream SMP and BTS.

Just wanted to point out when they were talking at the hotel what RM said to Jin that is often looked pass on and people just focused about his jokes. RM did say Jin's jokes are sometimes too much BUT he also "let it slide many times as well". Just because u don't see Jin often get offended or mad doesn't mean he doesn't get hurt when the younger ones are going overboard, be it with jokes or words said to him. If it's not a big deal or just small things, he just lets it slide. He doesn't call them out often, remember that he is the oldest. He isn't that strict with them and often jokes around but people are quick to blame that he doesn't take things seriously just bc he jokes with them. It's bc he doesn't believe that he is "charismatic" enough that's why before when he call them out, the younger ones doesn't listen to him thus lead to arguments, so he avoided that, if it was a big matter he talks to them but if it were just small things, he let's it slide. Bc of that he said that they feel comfortable to talk things with him and confide. That's why members always say that he isn't a stickler to hierarchy or isn't strict despite being the eldest.
