Lol that character who you thought was Stitch from Lilo & Sticth was actually a character named Koya that RM created himself. All the members have a character they created. Lol their matching stripped pajamas they had on actually had their characters on them. They’re called BT21 💜

It would be fun if you guys would react to BT21 CREATION ! It’s BTS’ CARTOON CHARACTERS like the bunny, puppy, koala, they created themselves and developed and turned into animated series and merch such as the pajamas, mini fans, pouches etch. I think it’s the time around Bon Voyage 3 that they promoted all the merch that’s why they carried them all in Malta. 20:48 I don't think they are religious. In their chuseok live from last year Namjoon said none of them have a religion so I do think they just use phrases like that because from a foreigner's perspective phrases with "god" seem to be very common in English. Some bts members have gone to temples in Korea though but I know way too little about the culture to get the symbolism or meaning of temples and whether they are stricty associated with religion. I think some of them are somewhat spiritual or interested in spirituality . However, these are just my personal conclusions from watching their content. If someone knows better, feel free to correct me of course :)

i also think if they know how the character is developed, they will probably appreciate the character more and love them more. Just like us. I don't know if you have include that part of the episode in the playlist

I know some of the members went to catholic schools and sunday school (suga, jimin, jungkook for example), and they have done Christian covers/mentioned going to Buddhist temples. Some rapline members are atheists', while others have offhandedly mentioned they pray/went to a religious place. It's not confirmed outright though.

Like Becky said^, you guys should definitely react to the series of the making of bt21! Those are the characters that are on their pajamas and those hooded towel you guys mentioned. BTS collabed with a character creating and messenger app in Korea and each created their own characters.

bts arent religious, namjoon specifically identifies as atheist, and the other members are agnostic or non-religious. its not that uncommon in korea to not practice a religion, or maybe to very casually engage in buddhism as part of culture occasionally but not necessarily practice it, for example namjoon has gone to a temple for guidance before but i dont think he does it regularly. taehyung has an 'angel' that he prays to in order to win in run bts games sometimes lmao, but this seems to be his own thing he's made up as a superstition and not based in actual religion

I've been told that the staff goes to the locations previously and they are the ones who ask for permission to film, etc. That's why you will rarely see the members get into trouble for filming.
