Yessss i feel like explaining Hinata's behaviour with ADHD makes so much sense 🤣

Chels

The funny thing is Hinata mixed up 2 proverbs lol the one he was supposed to do was "Oni no me ni mo namida" which translates "Oni/Ogre's also shed tears" (the show made it sound more complicated and similar to Christian style) which is to say that everyone has feelings and can be hurt. There's one that he mixed up the first with that says "Oni ni kanabou" which is "To give a club to an Oni/ogre" meaning to give strength to the already strong. Eg. "Why would you give a club to an ogre?" = "Why would you make the strong stronger?" Ie. Give them an advantage. Sooo at least he didn't pull it completely out of a hat lol he was just mixing up proverbs because all he read was "Oni" But~ anyway, I assume the class Hinata was studying proverbs in was Japanese literature. They do a lot of Confucius/Buddhist/Shinto proverbs and lots of poetry in that subject
