My report was supposed to be ready on the 5th, but the hospital was swamped with work so I only managed to get back to my doctor (and y'all) today.

You can run that through google translate but the gist of it is that my entire lower back is sort of squished into itself ("abaulamento discal" means "bulging disc", and I have that through L2 to S1).

Aside from that, I also have a Schmorl's node on L4, which is when something (either weird bone growth, a cyst or a tumor) ends up pushing itself against or inside a disc, causing inflammation and a lot of pain, which is what happened to me.

The backstory (heh) for this is that I was helping my parents move some heavy furniture when I felt a sudden snag in my lower back, and in the following days I was stuck in bed unable to move anything from my chest down without feeling like I was being shocked from inside out.

Took me a few weeks under anti-inflammatory meds to even be able to go through exams, and now 3~4 weeks later I have some degree of freedom back, I can't really bend down or sit for more than a couple of hours. It still feels like I have something pushing my lower back from behind, but at least it's not straight up debilitating pain anymore.

There's not much meds can do now after the inflammation has subsided, but now I'm going through physical therapy to see if I can "unsquish" things back there and regain some degree of comfort while sitting down. It could have been worse, like an actual herniated disc of a malign tumor instead of just weird bone formation, so I'm thankful for that.

I'll keep y'all updated, thank you all for the support and patience.
