Pausing for November + small update xx (Patreon)

I'll have more news for y'all on the 4th. Meanwhile, here's a pretty picture of my back, which didn't reveal the actual problem I have (needed to get a CT scan for that, which isn't ready yet) but revealed a small case of scoliosis, on top of whatever's happening back there.
