Dev Update! 5/22/23 (Patreon)

Hey, hey folks! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I had to help a friend move a bunch of furniture and managed to tweak my back in the process. Six years ago I jacked up my sciatic nerve while I was doing squats, and every now and then it likes to remind me it's still a problem. Womp womp.

But, I managed to sit down yesterday for a few hours and added another 25~ renders to the total. Rolling right along! I'd love to finish Ashe's scenes up this week, but we'll see how it goes. If nothing else, I should have a pretty good preview build ready for $15+ subs later this week.

I'll be honest, I kinda find myself without much to talk about during this update, because you folks all know what's up. It's a big date with Ashe, bookended on either side by Viola and Gabby/Madison. I'm a bit wary about sharing too much too, as I want some elements of the story to come as a surprise.

I think I'm mostly excited to see how people respond to this update.. It'll be smaller than basically any previous installment, and have a smaller, more focused cast. Hopefully you folks dig it.

In my downtime, I've been working on a little text short story featuring Ashe. Like Viola's story, this will provide a little extra background for Ashe, and a little extra content for you folks.

Besides the immediate concerns of getting the next installment out, I'm looking ahead to remake of Chapter One, assembling a list of little continuity bugaboos, coding problems, and typos that need to be corrected. But, I'm excited to tackle that stuff.

At present, I plan to finish Ashe's scene entirely and then set a release date for the next installment. I expect the bookend scene featuring Gabby and Madison to go pretty quickly, which makes Ashe's scene the biggest hurdle.
