Well, I quickly found myself feeling stymied by my poor old PC's performance, so I decided to splurge on a new computer, well ahead of schedule.

This will allow me to produce the kind of art I really want to, and at dramatically quicker speeds. And it'll incentivize me to create new rewards, like special renders for patrons. In the meantime, I'm still writing, compiling resources, and plotting the broad arc of the game.

I'm trying to take feedback into account from the first chapter of the game, so I'll be removing all the single-menu choices from the first chapter, as those really seemed to bug people.

I'm feeling very excited about the next update, especially after playing through the text-only version. Hopefully people will see the first chapter wasn't just an aberration, and this game is really going to be something special.
