The game is NOT using/applying Xbox/Playstation HDR Calibration app settings.

The game has a good HDR implementation by offering an actual Peak HDR Luminance slider in numerical value (but not in nits), which can go up to 10.000 nits.

If you have an LG OLED and:

> you're using Dynamic Tone Mapping or Dynamic Contrast:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to: 40 (which is around 4.000 nits);

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to: 8 (which is around 800 nits) or 10 (for G2) or 15 (for G3).

If you don't have an LG OLED and:

> you don't have an HGIG option:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to: 10 (which is around 1.000 nits);

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to the corresponding real Peak HDR Luminance of your TV in "nits" by just multiplying the slider value by 100 (eg. 10 = 10x100 = 1.000 nits ; 15=15x100=1.500 nits; 20 = 20x100 = 2.000 nits etc.)

Hey, there are also sliders for brightness and contrast going from 0 to 10 under the accesibility options. Should those stay on 5?

Sometimes while playing FC 24 on my Xbox Series X and a LG G3 during the game the screen looks darker and then brighter, it changes between the game when there is a corner for example.
