Timeline 3.0.10 (Patreon)

- Fix merge load breaking stop and reset and potentially other controller triggers
- Add quick links to add animations and targets (small + on top)
- Colorize tabs for easier visual scan
- Update playback settings (local speed, weight) when the current animation changes
- Do not import animation sequences that do not exist in the current or imported animation and better error handling when next animation does not exist (whatever the reason)
- Refresh triggers on load to allow access to self and late atoms (otherwise triggers playing animations in the current atom won't work)
