New Reward Tiers (Patreon)

I have it all fixed up now.  I could not change the price of the old reward tiers so I renamed them to OLD* and added 3 new tiers to take their place.  I will unpublish the old tiers later this week.

This change means you will have to subscribe to the new reward tier of your choice.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but everyone will get more content for less money!

Then going forward Patreon will be billing you on the 1st of the month, one flat price.
