New Patreon Rewards (Patreon)

This has been in the works for a while, but the Patreon Rewards have been revamped to offer cooler rewards and better incentives! This post will be a rundown of what is new and what has (or has not) changed! Please feel free to change your reward level to fit into whatever you'd think you would get the most out of!

$5 Exclusive GOLD Channel

Member-only GOLD channel and access to a Patreon-only, lighthearted podcast about the Pokémon Sun & Moon Anime! 

This podcast features Irene and SBJ talking about their thoughts and feelings about Season 20 of the Pokémon anime! There are 15+ podcast episodes you get right away for being a patron! 

Discontinued Rewards

Slightly Changed Rewards

$16 Helix Mail --> CHANGED --> $16 Duck & Mail 

Get an actual letter made out of paper and adhesive! Letters will include new stickers! These letters will be seasonal (about 4 to 6 times a year)!

Minor change, but instead of monthly letters, which I was bad at, this has been changed to seasonal letters with guaranteed *new* stickers in each one! The old reward did not ever guarantee stickers in each letter.

New Rewards

$10 Community Addict

Member-only Addict channel! You will be able to submit news for the podcast, influence the Pokémon of the Week, and have a spotlight question of the show! This is direct involvement of the podcast you love with no microphone needed.

To explain this further, this reward will encourage a bit more involvement from Patreon/Slack members in tracking down news and topics for the show. It will also be a way to make us talk about a topic you may be wanting to hear. This is designed for patrons to feel like they've directly influenced the show just a minor bit every week without needing a microphone or to wake up early! Think of this as a more fleshed out idea based off of when we would pull movesets from the community for Pokémon of the Week back in the day.

$25 Undercooked Content

Get to find out what is actually cut from the podcast in an unique feed! Get an early look at new and upcoming project and/or see what projects didn't make it. 

To explain this further, this reward will provide the conversations cut from the podcast, as long as they are 5 mins or longer. If a podcast/interview is recorded early, backers will get an early listen before the scheduled Monday date. For example, most interviews are recorded two weeks in advance. Do note, not every episode has huge sections cut. Backers also get behind the scenes of upcoming projects or even throwbacks to canceled projects. 

$45 Executive Producer

You'll get invited to a secret channel in Slack dedicated to the workings of PKMNcast. Help contribute to the flow of the podcast, Twitch, side-content, and community! 

To explain this further, a lot of the changes you are seeing in this post was multiple Discord calls and Slack discussion about what changes would be best for this Patreon. You could be apart of those changes and this community at this level. Not only that, but you'd get to see behind the scenes of how I manage being a full-time content creator. 

$70 Critical Hit

Whoa! The Executive Producer Tier plus a personal thank you call! After 3 months of support, you'll get business cards to give out to your friends & family letting them know you help produce this podcast! 

To explain this further, it's exactly like the $45 reward with two extra perks. I will personally call you and thank you (or if you want Irene to call you) or we can just have a short monthly catch up session on Discord. On top of that, if you pledge for 3 months and longer, you'll get custom business cards mailed your way saying you are a producer of this podcast! It's a neat little token of your generosity and support.
