Hey hey yall! 

We're back with ANOTHER WEEKLY LEGACY SHOW to throw into this hive of scum and villainy, aka our Patreon! 

We're so stoked to start up the Mother of all animated  Star Wars Content, the one that started everything for the tutelage of Dave Filoni making the Prequel Era compelling and expanding the Star Wars sandbox that we are all currently playing in.... 

THE CLONE WARS!!! 

We have a great time with this first episode, despite all of the super gross clicking and Spidery-Action from General Trench in "Cat and Mouse"! 

Is there anything up with Admiral Sinestro, is he gonna break bad at some point? 

Did Jeffery Bezos design all these dick lookin' ships too?

This is where the fun begins. I am so excited to watch you all go on this journey. I realized I posted this on the video page as opposed to here. This show really was the one thing keeping Star Wars alive for us old fans for a long time.

I don't consider this a spoiler since it already happened, but in Episode 4 Vader chokes one of the guys in the Death Star meeting the guy sitting next to the choked individual is a Admiral in this episode. Also Ppl love to give Filoni credit for this and he deserves a lot of it, but George was heavily involved in this. It's the last thing he worked on before the sell to Disney. He would fund it with his own personal money because he wanted it to look the best it could.

Ugh yaaasss 🙏🙏🙏 Personally, I rank Clone Wars up there with Airbender. First few seasons move kinda slow but it really takes shape in season 4 onward. Excited to see y’alls reaction to this show. Def one of the few Star Wars projects a majority of the fandom can agree is very good.

Very hype for yall to start watching this show. Starts out pretty good, kinda kiddy. But like so many great animation, as the show goes one we get longer arcs and darker themes to the point of forgetting its a kids show haha.

although you'd probably rather have the movies do this themselves, I really believe CW will make you love the prequels more. it really brings a lot of character and helps you understand Anakin better.

You can never have it exactly how you want it with Star Wars after Empire IMO. So it’s a mixed bag love affair since 1980 with some big highs and some big lows all the way through! I’ve softened so much on the amazing sandbox that is the Prequel era and still maintain that though the films have the cringiest & roughest execution (IMO), they have the most compelling narrative of any of the Trils! So I for one am excited af!

I only watched this show once in the span of a week and a half, so I'm looking forward to re-watch it. And totally jumping the gun, but looking forward to a Rebels and Bad Batch rewatch with y'all

Thank you for watching in chronological order...its confusing if you don't...and by the time you get to the later seasons it makes a difference for the character arcs and the impact the finale's have.

"there's no clones".... Obi Wan's first encounter with luke where R2 delivers the Leia message in the original movie is "years ago you served my father in the clone wars"...
