We're back with some more Penguin and this show kinda keeps bringing it!

This is the Victor episode and we get to see the new of The Riddler's terrorist attack that leaves his family literally washed away.

The impetus of what draws Vic to Oz is shown with the strained relationship with his father!

Some more moves being made by Oz and Sophia with the new drug Bliss, leaves them poised to carve out some new territory!

And our hearts ache for Vic as he makes his choice to stay with Oz and Oz makes his choice to leave Sophia in a lurch, now seemingly exposed as a plant!

We're really surprised by this as we thought we'd be walking the tightrope of partnership with Sophia for a lot more of the show! Really wild! Can't wait to see where this goes from here!

To Vic and Oz! How they're gonna get out of this one, we have no idea!
